  12. It often helps to press a few keys, then the system wakes up again.
  13. The best way seems to be to start a word-processor (desktop-icons, even in
  14. windows are still active) and do some typing. Then suddenly the AES gadgets
  15. wakes up again.
  16. Its worse if the system freezes while you are in a dialog-box. Because
  17. then more often than not, the program will have called wind_update(), which
  18. makes everything outside the dialog unusable. Try "Install Icon", and then
  19. click on the up and down arrow a few times....

  21. Also some programs are more prone to this lockup than others.
  22. The worst I have found so far, is the viewer.app that accompanies this
  23. multitos version.
